Your order is usually prepared for shipping within 7 business days after the order is received. Please note that all products are custom-made, so there may be a different production time. Shipping within the DACH region

Shipping is handled by DPD. Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and will be displayed during the checkout process: Austria: €4.90 Germany: €9.90 Switzerland: €19.90

Shipping to Zone 2

Shipping to Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands Shipping cost: €13.90

Shipping to Zone 3

Shipping to Denmark, France Shipping cost: €15.90

Shipping to Zone 4

Shipping to Estonia, Spain, Finland, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Sweden Shipping cost: €19.90

Easy Returns

In-store Exchange

You are welcome to exchange products directly in our store (Edelweißstraße 41, 5071 Wals) – we look forward to your visit!

Exchange by Shipping

An exchange by shipping is also possible. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will send the exchanged product back to you free of charge.

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. After receiving the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days.
