Your order is usually prepared for shipping within 7 business days after the order is received. Please note that all products are custom-made, so there may be a different production time. Easy Returns
In-store Exchange
You are welcome to exchange products directly in our store (Edelweißstraße 41, 5071 Wals) – we look forward to your visit!
Exchange by Shipping
An exchange by shipping is also possible. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will send the exchanged product back to you free of charge.
Right of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you will bear the return shipping costs. A refund will be issued within 14 days after the inspection of the goods. Damaged or used items are excluded from a full refund.
