GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online store. (3) The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. (4) The contract is concluded when the consumer has successfully completed the ordering procedure. The steps in the ordering process are as follows: - Select products in the online store Confirmation by clicking the “Add to shopping cart” button - Checking the details in the shopping cart Click on the “Checkout” button - If necessary, log in to the online store after registering or entering login information (e-mail address, address, name) - Check again and correct the details if necessary -Binding order by clicking on the button “order with costs” (5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online store: We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can view these at any time in our GTCs.

(1) All prices on the product pages include the statutory VAT of 20% plus shipping costs. Further information on shipping costs can be found under the heading “Shipping”. (2) The payment methods include: - Credit card - prepayment - PayPal - Cash payment (only possible for “pick-up in store”) (3) In the case of prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred within 10 days of receipt of the order confirmation. (4) When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during the order process. The payment will be executed immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction by PayPal. The PayPal fees are borne by us. (5) Cash payment is only possible for collection from the store (Edelweißstraße 41, 5071 Wals).

(1) Unless otherwise specified, the goods will be handed over to the forwarding agent within 7 working days of production and receipt of payment at the latest. (2) Delivery will be made to the address you have specified. (3) If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB, you may not resell the goods.

We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

(1) You have a right of withdrawal, which you can exercise within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. (2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear declaration of your withdrawal. You can use the sample withdrawal form for this purpose.

(1) Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within seven days without giving any reason. (2) Refund: After revocation, we will refund all payments we have received from you within 14 days.

(1) Complaints due to transport damage must be reported immediately to the deliverer and to us in order to assert claims.

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

The contract language is exclusively German.

(1) Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
